"Genealogy Software, Ancestry Subscription, New Computer: Now What?"

The program for the January 3, 2019 meeting of the Granville County Genealogical Society will be presented by Mr. Allen Dew. His topic is "Genealogy Software, Ancestry Subscription, New Computer: Now What?" It will be a discussion about how to use all the stuff for your genealogy research.

This will be an interactive discussion and the audience will be asked to suggest where they need help in their research. This promises to be a good discussion to help everyone become acquainted with how to begin their family research.

Allen is a native North Carolinian who has lived in this area since 1975. He has done genealogy research for over 40 years and has published books on several family topics.

Please join members of the Granville County Genealogical Society in attending this meeting, to be held at 6:30 P.M. on January 3, 2019 in the conference room at the Richard H. Thornton Library in Oxford, N.C.

All GCGS meetings are open to the public, and visitors and guests are always cordially invited to attend.
