"Interpreting Death Certificates"

The program for the November 2, 2017 meeting of the Granville County Genealogical Society will be a discussion of how to interpret death certificates.

We will give many examples of the information entered on death certificates and how best to interpret that information for genealogy.

This will be an interactive meeting with lots of questions from the audience. This promises to be a good discussion to help everyone become acquainted with using death certificates in their genealogy research.

Please join members of the Granville County Genealogical Society in attending this meeting, to be held at 6:30 P.M. on October 5, 2017 in the small conference room at the Richard H. Thornton Library in Oxford, N.C. All GCGS meetings are open to the public, and visitors and guests are always cordially invited to attend.
